In 2010 we have built a lift to our top floor terrace, this involved extending our garage to gain access to the corner of the Villa to build the lift shaft. This was substantial work with 30 lorry loads of earth and rubble being dug out and then a re-enforced concrete walls being built. See photo's in the slide show. With the extention to the garage this was perfect for my new bird room. At the moment I only have breeding cages installed but 2011 I'm building a inside flight. I wish to keep clear of wood in its construction and have found plastic white coated metal angle that will be perfect for it. I plan to build up my stock in 2011 and some late bred birds in 2010 look very promising to continue my progress. I've enjoyed making contact with other Spanish Breeders the only problem is that the fancy in Spain is very wide spread so long distances between other fanciers. Javier Moreno from Madrid has been a very good friend and his English is much better than my Spanish but the more I mix the better my Spanish will improve I hope. Javier is is very involved with ACEP's. Another Spanish Fancier who is local to me is Antonio Lluis Gomez he is on the committee of AECP this society and its members are closer to me. I said to Antonio I would help as much as possible with any advice they would like or need.
