  3. Hi John,

What a beautiful house you have and the setup of your birds are great.

I love it, they can get fresh air all year around and there is nothing more the budgies will need fresh air, clear water, plenty of seed, love and a bit of flamenco music in the background well does the way I like it. Do you have a room for me?

Take care and we will meet soon.

    Best regards,

    John LaBorda

  4. Hi John,

Finding such an experienced breeder in Spain was a very pleasant surprise to me, we are lucky to have you here, specially me so I can admire your birds and get a bite of your experience. I am really hopeful that you will serve as a bridge between our two countries and help us on our newly hutched society called Spanish Breeders Society ASOCIACIÓN DE CRIADORES ESPAÑOLA DE PERIQUITOS.A.C.E.P.--S.B.S., we are a small bunch of young and not so young breeders in Spain that need people like you, that have been already in activities like this and can provide advise.

Your web site is "una pasada" or really great, and I visit it frequently, please keep it updated and become a reference for us.

Many thanks for your help and birds provided so far, this is just the beginning and a very promising one.

  7. Hey John - this is a very nicely constructed web-site!

Great content and pics. The only missing music that I notice is from the Shiftin' Sands - (no web-site yet) - so pick up that old dusty bass guitar and serenade your budgies when you have the chance.....

    Mick

  13. Hi John,

What a nice change to actually have a site dedicated to budgies. I used to breed budgies for a long time a while ago, but now i am breeding zebra finches. I love your site and will be returning very often indeed.

Good luck with your breeding (BUDGIE I MEAN) and your site.

    Well Done!!

  14. Hi John

Very nice site and of course the music is well chosen. Nice to see many old friends linking up with you and passing on their comments.

Happy New Year and the best for 2008.

    Regards Geoff

  15. Hi John

Great site, well done! Thanks again to use my grey cock (30-125-06) as an anchor bird to your webpage. That means a big honour to me.

The layout of your webpage is probably the best in the whole budgieworld at the moment. There are also a lot of useful informations about you and your birds. Everyone can feel your passion for the hobby. As it seems you have a very lucky life down there in sunny Spain. Lets hope, the birds will enjoy it, too.

I will follow the procedure of your homepage and hope to see you this year.

I wish you all the best in 2008.

    Best wishes

    Daniel Lütolf

  20. John What a refreshing site on a cold December evening.Well done with the up date presentation and it is good to see wher you are operating looks magnificant and i am sure you will do well best regards off the season BOB

  21. Hello John, Well done with the site, of course sitting there in the Sun with a good glass of red wine it is easy.

Daniel's grey is of course one of many super birds he has bred. I first met Daniel many years ago on one of my many trips to Switzerland and was fortunate enough to visit him not long before I had to give up my birds.

I do try to keep up and am pleased to see that there are people like yourself still putting the effort in for the good of others. Cheers, Norman

  22. Hi John; Super website with some very interesting new ideas as budgie sites go, well done!!! keep up the good work. Hope the winter in Spain goes well for you both. Make'm Breed, Brian

  24. Well done John on the construction of your new website.

Enjoy the Spanish sunshine and the red wine to go with it and hope that you will find many budgerigar breeders in Spain to make contact with and exchange ideas.

    Best regards
