John LaBorda, Is a US fancier and resides in Florida. John was originally from Spain and is very much involved in building a strong Budgerigar Fancy in Spain with all the contacts he has made. John is looking to come back to Spain to be able to spend more time on this project in the near future. With many British fancier now retired and living in Spain he will not be short of help and advice to build a Budgerigar Society, Club.
